Perfect balance between freshness and musk, which brings a very interesting wild side. Palate: extremely refreshing and pure, quite resinous, herbaceous, mint, vanilla. Long finish. Pairing: smoked scallop carpaccio with pine needles, yuzu vinaigrette. Comment: very nice aromatics, a wonderful surprise.
