Palate: soft on the attack, rich. Pomelo, star anise, verbena. Slight bitterness, iodized and balanced. Great tension and length. Pairing: white meat with citrus sauce; poached lobster. Comment: elegant, profound, with excellent freshness and balance. Can be cellared for 4-5 years.
