Color: pale pink, salmon. Beautiful fine bubbles. Nose: indulgent, red currant, wild strawberry, light leather, mineral. Palate: indulgent and fresh, red fruits. Very nice length, balanced, with a slightly astringent, salivating acidity. The fruits blend with spices, it's magnificent. Pairing: lamb tagine with almonds and prunes. Comment: a beautiful blending champagne that will pair excellently with an aperitif or meal.
