Nose: very pleasant on lovely powerful scents of spices (pepper) and red fruit (cherry, raspberry).
Palate: supple and fresh on the first taste, the second taste gives flavours of fruit and the finish is long.
Match with food: coq au vin (red wine sauce), served with creamy polenta.
