Color: evolving purple with mahogany hues. Great depth and viscosity. Nose: open, displaying developed aromas of undergrowth and stewed fruits. Palate: generous and delicate, with notes of cocoa. The mid-palate is round and smooth. Silky finish with hints of liquorice. Pairing: veal Orloff roast; Morteau sausage with Puy lentils. Comment: original due to the blending of three vintages. A new approach to Bordeaux.
