Color: brilliant ruby. Nose: woody, red berries, lovely spicy note, rose. Palate: supple, powerful, and round. well balanced, on beautiful red and black fruits (cherry, morello cherry), with a light touch of liquorice. Tight and deep tannins. Pairing: venison stew. Comment: an elegant, pleasant wine, enjoyable on the palate with beautiful balance. Will develop gracefully over the next 10 years.
