Mid-palate is smooth and tender. Finish is taut and creamy. Nice length. Pairing: as an aperitif; cooked seafood; salmon en papillote with béarnaise sauce; seared scallops and linguine with alba white truffle. Comment: a refined and uncommon gastronomic rosé. Can be cellared for up to 5 years.
