Color: garnet with slightly ruby tints, clear. Nose: very aromatic and full-bodied. Well-ripened red fruits, yew, woody notes. Palate: fresh, with volume. Indulgent from the start, followed by roundness. Slightly spicy and woody, with black cherry, and present tannins. Long finish. Pairing: charcuterie platter; roast lamb. Comment: lovely freshness in this easy-drinking wine. Can be cellared for 15 years.
