Color: translucent, pale straw highlights. Nose: fairly powerful, ripe yellow fruits, banana, subtle vanilla note, cereals, caramel. Boxwood, fresh grass, mineral, fine oak. Palate: assertive and full-bodied. Nice balance between dryness and generous aromatics (banana, dark honey, vanilla, citrus). Hints of mushroom, olive, umami. Long finish on soybean sprouts and fresh herbs. Pairing: as a digestif, as it stands on its own. Comment: indulgent and gastronomic.
