Color: clear and bright, with a moderate amber core, golden sheen and light greenish rim. Nose: candied lemon and orange peel, apricot marmalade, light hint of hazelnut and lightly caramelised butter, light hint of vanilla. Palate: very soft and smooth, with ripe apricot, candied lemon and orange, yellow plum marmalade, light hint of creamy vanilla, caramelised butter and gently roasted hazelnut.
