Visual aspect: a scarlet-ruby red, it is very bright and clear, with lovely vividness.
Nose: pleasant and delicate on aromas of cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, average complexity on fresh fruit.
Palate: supple and fresh on the first taste, and fresh fruit on the second. The finish is too short and elusive.
Match with food: artichoke salad, crushed tomatoes or barbecued meat.
Comments: a lovely expression of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits, such as we would like to find more often.
