Palate: citrus (grapefruit), dried fruits, white flowers, white-fleshed fruits. Indulgent and balanced. Great amplitude, beautiful balance, very delicate. Pairing: creamy poultry; shrimp risotto. Comment: a very great cuvee, to keep for 10 years.
