Color: garnet, fine and rapid tears. Thin disk. Nose: very expressive, with gooseberry, wild strawberry, blackcurrant and blackberry. Very greedy, aromas of ageing, woody. Palate: supple attack, the mid-palate is balanced by very fine aromas, light tannic structure. Fine woody, light fruitiness. Short and pleasant finish. Pairing: beef carpaccio, parmesan, Banyuls vinegar and black olives. Comment: very easy to drink, a delectable wine.
