Color: golden hue, green and silver reflections, clear. Thick tears. Nose: first nose with dried fruits and honey. After swirling, it is fresh, with dried apricot, acacia, yellow flowers, orange zest, yellow apple. Palate: supple attack, ripe fruit on the mid-palate. A very nice acidity, well balanced. Harmonious wine, elegant finish. Pairing: apricot tart; oysters. Comment: ageing potential of at least 5-8 years thanks to its good acidity.
