Palate: ample, supple attack, lovely freshness, fat, silky. Yellow fruits, floral, touch of vanilla and anise. Nice length. Pairing: white meat, mushroom cream; Japanese curry (beef, potatoes, carrots). Comment: very good but needs 2-3 more years.
