Color: pale yellow. Nose: aromas of white and yellow flowers (linden); white fruits. Palate: the first attack is very pleasant, subtle roundness. Very nice balance, racy, fine. A finish with a length of medium intensity. Pairing: as an aperitif; grilled fish; poultry with sauce. Comment: a superb blanc de blancs. Lots of finesse. A versatile Champagne. Age 2-3 years.
