Maison Noble Saint-Martin
Color: garnet hue, ruby reflections. Nose: very jammy, aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry), sweet spices (vanilla, black pepper). Palate: the attack is supple and well structured. The tannins are present but well balanced. Some toasted notes. Pairing: piece of Charolais beef, blackcurrant pepper tartare served with potato gratin. Comment: a fruity wine, well balanced and harmonious. Light and opulent. Will be at its peak within 5 years.
