Color: pale pink, with beautiful silver highlights. The tears are fine and flow slowly. Nose: on the first nose, sublime aromas of red fruits and floral emerge, then yellow stoned fruits. The wine is remarkably intense and clean. Palate: we find aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and aromas of flowers such as jasmine. This wine is dominated by superb primary notes. Pairing: marinated gravlax salmon. Comment: age 2 years.
