Color: garnet hue, tiled reflections, intense, clear. Nose: black fruits, jammy fruits, prunes. Palate: supple attack, ample mid-palate, a nice acidity that brings freshness. Length on the finish. In the retro-olfaction we find the aromas of slightly jammy fresh fruit. Pairing: shoulder of lamb with thyme, sautéed new potatoes. Comment: this wine is a fine representation of the AOC Bordeaux Supérieur. Full of substance, complex aromas. Age 2-3 years.
