Champagne Brigitte Beaufort
Color: pale yellow, golden highlights, fine bead. Nose: powerful, candied fruits, spicy, orange marmalade, grapefruit. Palate: frank, lots of tension, nice structure, nice bitterness. Bergamot, quince paste, pepper. Long and balanced retro-olfaction. Pairing: Licques poultry in a salt crust; fillet of John Dory, citron and old vegetables. Comment: very pretty cuvee, powerful, with a lot of elegance. A very deep vintage. Age for 10 years.
