Palate: pleasant, supple, lovely freshness, a delicate and creamy mousse quality. Lemon with a slightly more candied note. Medium intensity length, fresh finish. Pairing: sea bream ceviche, lime shavings, yellow grapefruit royale, pistachio oil. Comment: can be enjoyed now but can be aged for 2-3 years.
