Color: pale gold, fine bubble. Nose: creamy, slightly brioche, white flowers. Palate: very nice balance, brioche. The creamy and buttery side is present. Very pleasant finish. Pairing: creamy Bresse poultry. Comment: a great discovery for this meal champagne. Very nice product.
