Color: pale yellow, golden reflection. Nose: white fruits, citrus, hawthorn, honeysuckle. Slight hint of vanilla. Palate: frank attack, well balanced, lemony, wwith citrus fruits, minty. Nice acidity, slight bitterness, nice tension. A nice length. Pairing: aperitif; fish with white butter sauce; pressed cheese. Comment: a delicious and very pleasant champagne. Age 5-7 years.
