Color: intense ruby, clear, silky tears. Nose: exhaling delicate aromas of small black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) and liquorice, enhanced by mineral and floral notes (rose, wild rose). Palate: round and generous, supported by a slightly chalky structure, which brings freshness and elegance. Spicy finish, of great length. Pairing: roe deer fillet. Comment: a superb bottle crafted by a talented winemaker.
