Color: beautiful deep ruby. Nose: intense and complex. Notes of black fruit, light spices (cinnamon), with light roasted notes. Very seductive. Palate: after a fresh attack, the palate becomes fleshy and generous, with juicy black fruit, vanilla and cinnamon. All supported by lovely silky tannins. Pairing: duck breast fillet with orange. Comment: a fine Médoc wine, with lovely balance between freshness and indulgence. Cellaring 5 years.
