Palate: the attack is slightly mellow and buttery, but quickly gives way to freshness, with citrus fruit and a subtle mushroom note. Good length. Pairing: steamed lobster with mushroom sauce. Comment: a subtle and aromatic Chardonnay with good balance. Relatively consensual.
