Palate: an outstanding backbone guides a subtle and delicate aromatic profile. Rich and oily. Quince, yellow peach and a hint of lemon on the finish. Pairing: poultry with vin jaune cream and morels. Comment: an exceptional, fairly rich wine with an excellent longevity. Cellaring 10 years.
