Palate: fresh, saline attack, lively and refreshing acidity, very silky tannins. Warming alcohol, flavours of Morello cherry, red plum and spices. Clean finish. Pairing: barbecue to complement the smoky character. Comment: savoury, with red fruit. Finely integrated oak ageing.
