Palate: rich, with the honeyed notes taking a slight lead but without overwhelming the wine. Very attractive bitterness on the finish. Pairing: Breton shortbread, Bourbon vanilla ice cream and flambéed rum. Comment: a wine with a beautiful complexity and a good balance.
