Color: purple with a brilliant rim. Nose: very intense black fruit, black cherry, violet, pepper and menthol. Palate: broad and fruity. Beautiful acidity and a strong impression of sweetness despite a still slightly tight tannic structure. Finish on black fruit paste. Pairing: endives braised in red wine, soft-boiled egg and toasted bread croutons. Comment: a wine still in its youth but interesting for its aromatic profile celebrating the purity of the fruit. Cellaring 6 years.
