Color: light ruby with light red reflections. Slightly visible tears. Nose: discreet at first, then red fruit notes (cherry, wild strawberry), white pepper, liquorice and vanilla. Palate: supple and fresh, with marked acidity. Fresh fruit, coffee notes and very supple tannins. Persistent and spicy finish. Pairing: bluefin tuna carpaccio with tangy cherries. Comment: a lovely Gamay, easy to drink. A light wine with a beautiful acidity.
