Palate: lively, slightly hazelnutty from the attack, with mouthwatering acidity. Generous body, yellow stone fruit, orchard fruit and a creamy texture (beeswax). Very long hazelnut finish. Pairing: pork schnitzel. Comment: a fine and generous Altesse with an excellent aromatic intensity.
