Color: deep ruby. Nose: red fruits (red plum and black cherry) with sweet spice and vanilla. Palate: dry, with lively acidity and very fine tannins. Echoes the nose, with flavours of red plum, black cherry and vanilla. Pairing: rib of beef with porcini mushrooms. Comment: well balanced, concentrated and structured, with generous fruit evolving into fine complexity.
