Color: pale golden yellow, bright, with golden highlights. Nose: notes of pear, white peach and fresh citrus. With aeration, floral nuances emerge, along with hazelnut and brioche. A touch of vanilla and minerality. Palate: ample on the attack, fresh, round and silky. Ripe fruit comes through in notes of peach, pear and candied lemon, supported by a lovely mineral tension. The finish is long, saline and elegant. Comment: a generous and precise white Beaune.
