Domaine Jean-Claude Credoz
Visual aspect: golden colour, quite clear. Nose: ample, with aromas of old Comté, morels, some hints of ginger, and delicate scents of walnuts. Palate: dellicate and feminine first taste. The palate is rich and excellently tight. Finish on ginger. Very good balance. Match with food: poulard hen with yellow wine and morels, Comté cheese and green apples. Comments: an excellent product.
