Palate: a nice, frank attack, good structure, nicely acid, minerality, subtle, finesse, a little walnut, nice potential, citrus fruit and pepper, cinnamon. Match with food: farm hen with apple preserve, pistachios and girolle mushrooms. Comments: love at first sip! Refined, elegant, subtle. Bravo!
