Visual aspect: a golden yellow hue with yellow tints. Nose: very powerful on aromas of fruit in alcohol and hints of spices and vanilla from maturation in wood. Palate: superb first taste and well-proportioned balance with roundness and liveliness. Extremely complex. Match with food: pastillas with sweet spices. Comments: very complex, unusual and particularly well made.
