Visual aspect: ruby-red colour of great clearness. Nose: demands to open up. Fruity notes, prunes, stone fruits, slightly woody scents, very delicate nose. Palate: fresh, pleasant first taste. A hint of mild almond, spices. Fresh (kumbava) and quite long finish. Gourmet pairings: to dare with semi-dry goat's cheese. Comments: a lovely Cognac full of delicacy.
