Visual aspect: deep purplish colour, with peony tinges. Nose: elegant, intense aromatic range on a nice maturity. Fig, black cherry compote, mild spices. Palate: ample, quite voluminous, silky, melted palate, nice length on black cherry aromas (stone). Match with food: beef with anchovy; veal kidney with a reduction of marrow. Comments: very nice Mediterranean wine.
