Vins D'Alsace Armand Hurst
Visual aspect: clear, limpid hue, green tinges, nice brilliance. Nose: aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits, slightly smoked and very pleasant. Palate: very nice elegance with mirabelle plum, smoked, hazelnut aromas. A nice refreshing bitterness that calls for another glass. Good balance between the roundness of the first taste and its sharper finish. Match with food: lobster with Armorican sauce; chicken Demi-Deuil. Comments: a gastronomic wine that we can drink now but which will improve with ageing.
