Visual aspect: gold yellow. Nose: very powerful after swiriling, which announces a great wine, citrus and mentholated notes. Deserves decanting to aerate it. Palate: smooth, then notes of citrus, lemon and grapefruit peel, saltiness and flint. A very elegant wine, well-balanced. Match with food: prawn and fresh almond carpaccio and Yuzu-flavoured salt. Comments: a wine worth to be laid down with a great potential.
