Visual aspect: garnet-red colour, purplish tinges, regular tears. Nose: rich first nose, crushed blackberry, strawberry, blackcurrant. Some notes of cocoa. Second nose has an interesting evolution, liquorice, Zan sweets. Palate: ample at first taste, supple and fine tannins. We have black fruits, black olives again. Very crisp palate, good balance. Match with food: duck with olives. Comments: a wine of excellence.
