Visual aspect: beautiful intensity, clean, limpid. Garnet-red colour, purplish tinges. Fine and sustained tears. Nose: good intensity, jammy black fruits (blackberry) and spices (pepper), vegetable hint (sweet bell pepper). Notes of élevage. The second nose is a little bit warming. Palate: frank first taste, beautiful material. Reminds the aromas of the nose. Good balance, silky tannins. Beautiful length, mineral and fresh hint. Match with food: farmer capon with preserved onions. Comments: a nice wine, to decant.
