Visual aspect: dark ruby-red, nice brilliance. Nose: fine and complex, with notes of small black fruits, spices (white pepper), leather and liquorice. Palate: pure, round. Reminds the nose. Fine and elegant tannins. Long and fruity finish. Match with food: braised veal fillet with ceps. Comments: one of our favourites. A high-flying Ajaccio!
