Blueberry and Burlat cherry jam. Palate: ample, warm. Dense, full, a good tannic range, velvety, melted. Silky tannins. Very nice length. Retro-olfaction with blackberry coulis. Match with food: braised pigeon with tonka bean sauce. Comments: to decant.
