Visual aspect: a deep, shining black hue. Nose: powerful, with distinct hints of maturation on scents of roasting and red fruits, grilled pepper and spicy scents such as cinnamon and pepper. Palate: a full-bodied and smooth first taste on fruits in jelly and spice (pepper). The finish reveals flavours of cocoa and coffe, it is juicy and excellent. Match with food: Beef Wellington. Comment: marvellous body on overall good balance which is already delightful.
