Highly talented Sommelier, holder of very very "high level" Master's degree of Wine, absolute reference rewarding the experts in wines, he succeeds the Swede Andreas Larsson, elected in 2007. Three times finalist previously, determined this time to make a success, he imposed a very intense preparation of more than 20 hours a week on himself.
