Visual aspect: straw-yellow colour, fine bubbles, limpid bead of bubbles. Nose: complex, broad, passionfruit, spices, mirabelle plum, quince. Palate: very expressive first taste, broad, very round. Tender finish. Match with food: foie gras with a green apple compote. Comments: a wine to discover, well-made.
