Visual aspect: very pale yellow. Nose: fine and elegant, mineral (stone, silica). Empyreumatic; beautiful aromatic breadth with notes of honeysuckle, undergrowth, lime at the end of flowering. Palate: an ample palate, a creamy side, a buttery and very pleasant finish. Match with food: salmon in cream sauce and a fondue of leeks. Comments: a beautiful wine.
