Visual aspect: radiant, with a relatively bold golden-light yellow colour.
Nose: buttery, with some powerful, marvellous aromas of nuts (cashew, fresh walnut) and citrus.
Palate: sweet, delicate and elegant, revealing flavours of acacia honey, brioche and beeswax with a slight lemony touch. Match with food: roasted Turbot.
Comment: an exceptional wine that does honour to its appellation.
